Le Saint Aubert

Super Lage. Sehr freundliches, unterstützendes Personal. Frühstück gut. Sauber. Sehr gut verständliche Instruktionen (v.a da Rezeption in einem nahen, anderen Gebäude ist).

Manches war mittelmäßig. Aber als "nicht gefallen", würde ich es nicht benennen. Hängt von davon ab, mit was man das Hotel vergleicht. Für uns war "le st Aubert" ok. In Frankreich trifft man oft auf die in die Jahre gekommenen Hotels, die renoviert wurden. Für 1-2 Nächte völlig ok.

Emplacement parfait, et personnel parfait malgré le fait que l'enregistrement se fait dans un autre hôtel à une dizaine de minutes de marches de l'Hôtel St Aubert. Sur place pas de réception ni personnel.

Les équipements sont vétustes et le manque de confort est latent. Pommeau de douche cassé, pas de syphon dans la baignoire ou le lavabo, un seul oreiller (et très fin !) disponible par lit avec aucune possibilité d'en avoir en supplément car pas de réception et personnel dans l'Hôtel St Aubert. Cloisons entre les chambres très mal insonorisées (nous nous sommes fait réveillés par la télé de la chambre voisine à 5h du matin)

Nulla. Tanto per iniziare la conferma della prenotazione era come desiderato. Camera con due letti separati. Al check-in non era così e sembrava fare un favore. Arrivati al piano alle 17,30 c'èra ancora un casino esagerato, corridoio pieno di sacchi, lenzuola ammucchiate per terra e camera con il cameriere che finiva il letto

Servizi pessimi, mal curato e mal tenuto. Sporco. Aspiratori non funzionano . Il check-in fatto in un altro hotel poiché non esiste reception ma solo dopo aver girato qua e la a chiedere informazioni in giro. Per accedere a Mont Saint Michel bisogna avere un codice per aprire la sbarra. Ho inviato come da istruzioni la mail alla struttura 24 ore prima ma senza avere mai risposta. Non aggiungo altro. Pessima esperienza, mai più.

Kommunikation miserabel, keine Antwort auf mail,Telefon dauernd belegt, Code für Zugangsstraße nicht erhalten und dann extrem hohe Gebühren gezahlt,um zur Rezeption zu kommen, die nicht besetzt war. Ein Mitarbeiter, der zufällig rauskam,sagte uns, wo die eigentliche Rezeption ist. Dort behauptet man, dass ich nicht gemailt habe und zwei Mitarbeiter sind da kümmern sich jedoch nicht ums Telefon.

The stay was okay overall. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location — it's very convenient for visiting Mont Saint-Michel, with a shuttle bus stop located nearby, making it easy to get to the castle without any hassle. The breakfast was decent, with a reasonable selection of options to choose from and enough variety to start the day comfortably.

On the downside, the room felt quite dated and could have been cleaner. Another issue was the check-in process: check-in takes place at a different hotel, but we only found out about this from previous guest reviews. It would be helpful if this information were communicated more clearly before arrival.

Il posto molto bello. A due passi c'è la navetta per Le moint san michel. Poste calmo e rilassante in questo periodo.

Il desk non è in struttura e durante il giorno non c'è personale. Non mi avevano inviato il code per aprire una sbarra così lasciato l'auto siamo dovuti andare a piedi per ottenerlo. Perso una ora abbondante. Il giorno primo avevo scritto una mail dove spiegavo che non avevo ricevuto il pin e di inviarlo. Nessuna risposta.
