I like that it’s close to Mont Saint Michel..

Having the check in take place in a different building was really annoying. We got in around 22:50 and had to go back and forth several times after an exhausting 6 hour drive because the first key didn’t work, the second key let us into a room that was already occupied and interrupted a couple reading in bed, and the third to go back with the concierge as we were finally let into another room. I hope that other couple got their stay comped…

Frühstück war gut. Personal freundlich.

Zimmer war nicht sauber. Trotz E-Mail an die Rezeption habe keinen Zugangscode für die Zufahrt zum Hotel erhalten. Musste in voller Töff Montur 800m zur Rezeption laufen.

There are several hotels in the area, and the one we chose was very good and clean. Parking was available on-site. There was also a convenient shuttle bus connection to Mont Saint-Michel.

The restaurants in the area closed very early. It would have been helpful if the reception had informed us that taking the shuttle bus to the island was a good option for finding a place to eat.

The breakfast was very good, many options of pastries, cheeses, jams, milks, spreads and fruit as well. The room was very comfortable. The bed was big and great. A very pleasant stay!

I didn't like the carpet floor being a bit dirty.

Very convenient to Mont St Michel and the shuttle stop was right outside the front door! Room was exactly as shown in pics (short a couple of extra pillows) & they were delivered shortly after requesting.

The instructions thru Booking.com said they would send us a code to the gate but we never received it. Until a lady showed up at that gate to help folks we couldn't get in. And then once we got in we had to drive down to a different hotel to check in and get keys. No one was on site at our bldg. Also one guy told us breakfast (for a fee of 16euro per person) would start at 10 a.m. but it was served much earlier & we made other plans.

Great location, with one shuttle you are inside the city. Breakfast was great. Facilities were clean and whole. Didn’t miss anything.

There were some flies flying around during breakfast.
