Overall, the hotel is decent value for money. The rooms were a good size and comfortable. The food was very good. The staff were friendly and polite. It was a short walk to the nearest button ski lift and then another short walk to a main gondola lift (Kholmais Bhan). 7 minutes walk to the centre of the village and all the bars and restaurants.

Although spacious, the rooms were poorly decorated. Although tasty, the food was not very well presented. The bar was tiny. Reception was a mess. The water broke during our stay and brown rusty water come out of the taps and we couldn't have a shower after a long day on the slopes. The fire alarm went off at 7am one morning due to an issue in the sauna. But, these last 2 things were bad luck, I guess.

Frühstück war ausreichend, Bett war bequem

Zimmer und Hotel extrem in die Jahre gekommen. Bad hat extrem nach Kanal gestunken. Man konnte die Badezimmertür nicht offen lassen, da sonst das ganze Zimmer gestunken hat. Fliesen, Wände, sockelleisten abgeschlagen. Ich find es immer extrem enttäuschend wenn man mit den Preisen so niederhält aber nichts investiert um mal was zu reparieren. Fällt für mich unter Abzocke.

Parking was a bit difficult as it was far away from the hotel. Also found the price too expensive for what it was

Freundliches Personal, zuvorkommend. Zimmer ok, alt, sehr hellhörig. Sauberkeit sehr gut.

Alles bestens

Das Hotel hat schöne Zimmer. Gleich im nächsten Hotel gibt es ein tolles Restaurant mit aufmerksamen, freundlich Bedienungen.

Wir hätten gerne bei der Ankunft ein Bier getrunken. Der Herr an der Rezeption konnte uns keines geben, musste Handy checken. Bei Frühstück haben Bestecke gesucht und dann irgendwo auch gefunden. Aufgedeckt war nichts. Zu unserer Frühstückszeit war im Kaffee Automaten keine Milch. Gab halt dann Kaffee schwarz.
