De joker card voor de bergbanen was inclusief. Dat was fijn.

De locatie. Het parkeren van onze auto was niet bij het hotel maar in het centrum van Saalbach in een parkeergarage op de bovenste dus negende verdieping. Heel vervelend. Het zitgedeelte van de bank en stoelen in de ontbijtruimte waren erg vies. Kille bedoening. Geen muziekje. Geen bloemetje aan de buitenkant van het hotel. Heel ongezellig in de zomer. Het restaurant was gesloten. Dat stond idd met kleine lettertjes ergens. Maar de bar was ook gesloten. Dus 's avonds geen gezelligheid. Alleen in de winter is die schijnbaar geopend.

"It gets the job done but nothing special."

Summer vacation: Location is nice and is nearby almost everything in Saalbach. The "superior double room" was spacious and more than enough for a couple. The manager/receptionist (George) tries to be helpful whenever he can. Free parking spot.

Summer vacation: The hotel itself hasn't been renovated for quite a long time or at all. The furniture is really old (wardrobe, night stands etc) and the sofas haven't been properly cleaned for a long time. The so called lobby bar never works and it's not possible to get a beverage/coffee etc. No ice cubes for cold drinks during hot summer days. The breakfast is the bare minimum. Absolutely no variety at all.

Umístění pod sjezdovkami , krásný výhled.

Z venku jsme se trochu zalekli. Personál dost ve fofru😄, nebyl moc rozeznatelný od hostů svým hip-hop oděvem . Velké zklamání z nepravdivé informace ohledně restaurace, nefungovala. Nepříjemné, pokud dojíždíte ve večerních hodinách.

Great Breakfast & cozy room.Great location.

Check in, lack of info about the facility and to reach the hotel back from garage parking, wrong check in/out time advertised, noise heard by others room, a long time to get hot water for shower & not really hot. Staff, starting from the Manager should be more polite.

Frukosten.

Ostädat, långa svarta hårstrån på golvet och toalettsitsen. Ringar efter glas på skrivbordet, dammråttor och döda småflugor på golvet bredvid. Stod ingenting på Bookings sida att det tillkom en avgift på 2,95 euro/ pers och natt samt att parkering var på 9:e våningen i ett parkeringshus och 10 minuters gångväg.
