It was in a quiet location! Peaceful! Maximum stay 3-4 nights is enough!

They only cleaned the apartment twice during our stay (12 days). It is not hygienic at all! No pillow protectors! Towels are changed only Mondays and Thursdays when the cleaners come. The removal of rubbish bin is another issue! The sliding doors in the living are broken and need repair. The photos on the website ?????! Stained couch! The country where I am from relies heavily on tourism. Compared to the small establishments we have in my country, The Address Boutique Hotel is way behind!

Quiet area. Value for money. Only 15 minutes from port louis, so best to hire a car

Nothing to say as the room was of great value

We did not breakfast. We had one dinner at the hotel which was satisfactory We liked the fact that you could cook in your own room but crokery (especially pots and pans) could be improved on. They need an inventory listing. minimal

It's not disabled persons friendly due to the terrain. This should ne highlighted in the booking pictures or narrative that the space is sloppy and lots of stairs.

The location was excellent and overall property build up was good

Cons: service was not upto the mark. Everything we asked for took more than 30 minutes to reach our room and I am not talking about food. I ordered ice box, tray, whiskey glasses, dental kit, bathrobe etc. They kept telling they are short staffed today and hence it will take time. I can’t believe they were short staffed for 3 days. Once they even asked me to pick up whiskey glasses from the bar…like go behind the bar counter, pick any glass you want and take it to your room because they don’t have enough manpower to send glasses to my room. I mean what kind of hotel does that. This kind of service was not expected from such a big hotel. The property is very nice but the management is poor.
