The Address Boutique Hotel

Large and modern rooms with pretty decor and great vibe - very relaxing. Great restaurants and nice, clean pool with lovely sunset view over river. Friendly, polite and helpful staff, Would definitely stay there again.

Felt a little understaffed at times - shortage of towels and toilet paper.

The reception staff were very friendly (Adish and Noor Zaireen) The meals were very mediocre Breakfast was very scarce and the pastries were very chewy and not well baked. They should definitely improve on their presrbtston and present a well stocked decent breakfast. The catering staff (mainly the seniors in charge) were unkind and treated me as if I going to leave without paying. Asked me several times for my Room number and kept on asking me to pay cash for my dinner meals. Nobody asked me to pay a deposit for my meals and as with other stays in other hotels all our charges are charged up our room numbercabdcwhrn booking out I settle my bills. I felt very disappointed and humiliated as the manner in which I was requested to pay was in the passage way as I was leaving. The manager did not even apologise even with a request from Recently to apologise. Definitely will never not back. Thank you

The hotel looks beautiful outside, and the area is very nice.

Everything, the rooms where dirty we were so uncomfortable I regret booking for 15 days with them cause honestly I slept with one eye opened scared of being bitten by things cause WOW that hotel is dirty

The outside view was outstanding and peaceful. The room is quite big. There are 5 coat racks for each adult The iron is very good to use. The bed is really comfortable to sleep on. Towels were good to use and large enough.

The lights were not bright at night, it was difficult to get dressed in the main room. It was dusty under the bed, while the other main areas of the room were okay. There is no basin to wash or rinse the used mugs, we have to wait for the staff to come the next day for replacement. Would have also appreciated a bidet spray in the WC. The door-lock mechanism was not working well. I spent almost 5 to 10 minutes opening the door during our 3 nights stay. The fridge was empty. On arrival, we were served only a towel and no refreshment. Our luggage was not brought to our rooms after checking in, we had to remind the staff at the reception for that. There was a cockroach in one of the rooms.

The view of the lake and the sea at a distance was amazing. The location is actually away from the touristy areas. So if you want to relax a bit away from the crowded place, this is a nice place.

Good location to access Port Louis, attractions in the north and south. Somewhat scenic/partial views of river/ocean. Property was expansive but wasn’t sure how it all fit together-hotel and bungalows. Would have been nice to get out and explore walking routes.

Dated style and facilities in general, huge bare public spaces, run-down feel in general. Food could be improved greatly.
