Village Limits Bed and Breakfast Rooms

We have stayed at the property on a number of occasions.

Breakfast was excellent with several choices all of which I liked, I chose the pancake stack. The location was very central for Lincoln, Woodhall Spa, etc The owners/staff very friendly and welcoming. We ate in the bar in the evening and it represented great value for money

The cooked breakfast was good but the sausages were rather overcooked. The room was quiet but we had to search for the front radiator adjustment as the room was so hot. The venue was also very convenient for our stay and the town was delightful with a good bookshop.

The door operating mechanism kept failing us especially when we returned mid afternoon with no one at home. The cooked breakfast was served on a cold plate which in wintertime is silly as the food gets cold too quickly.

Nothing really, the welcome was friendly, there was nothing to dislike. Any of my friends will definitely be booking a stay there.
