Never stayed there as booking.com overbooked the hotel. Booking.com very quick to take the money. That said they transferred me to another hotel, Camelot. Very pleasant experience. But booking.com did let themselves down

"Awesome, warm, excellent breakfast, we’ll be back!"

Lovely property. We couldn’t get in to start but the vendor was over in 10 mins to get us sorted out.

We would have liked some grab rails in the bath for my elderly mother but they do have a specific room for disabled it’s just we didn’t know to ask on booking. Do ask! They’re lovely people.

"Nice comfy room, lovely staff and food. Lovely village."

Very near the main village Woodhall Spa, didn't drive. Few hundred metres away from footpath and woodland. Recommended if you just wanted a few days in nature. Lovely staff, good quality breakfasts and checkin/checkout were minimum fuss.

Minor point - no laundry service, but I was in an unusual situation (clothes ran out after a retreat) and owner directed me to the right place to get it done.

"Full of great surprises"

Spacious suite with lots of extras. Great selection of movies with many recent releases and some old classics. Bed was big and very comfortable. Breakfast choice outstanding for a small venue. Had an evening meal which was by far the best food we've had in Woodhall Spa. Certainly worth booking a suite with it's cosy sofa and chairs to relax after a long day exploring

Room was lovely. Super clean. Stylishly decorated. Breakfast had butchers sausages. Hosts were very pleasant.

The walk into town but the weather wasn't great.

"Excellent!"

Our second visit. Top quality continental and cooked breakfast. Just what we like at a B+B. Excellent! Massive and very comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep.

The walls are a bit thin and a neighbouring room's loud, early morning TV was rather intrusive.

"A quirky place to stay."

Comfortable room, individually/quirky decorated - much nicer than a bland corporate hotel.

I arrived about 8pm and found that no food was available (Tuesday evening) - I hadn't seen this anywhere in the info and after a 4 hour drive it was a pain having to go out again to find something to eat. This wouldn't have been a problem if I had known in advance, I would have stopped on the way to eat.
