Some staff were very friendly, especially the room cleaning team.

Beds had huge bulges, its time to change the mattresses or turn them upside down. Some staff don't speak english so good luck trying to communicate.

"Lovely place and people in Stubai valley."

Staff was extremely helpful and nice, they were friendly but respectful. SPA was very well maintained, 3 saunas, super nice. Tasty breakfast. Perfect location.

It’s not the newest building, but honestly, it’s so well maintained that it makes no difference.

Stuff, location just great! You have good restaurants next to the hotel. and also great spa with 3 different types of sauna
