Staff were wonderful, the hotel has a tremendous view and is in a great location for the town and buses to the glacier and slopes. Breakfast choice and service fantastic. Lovely balcony on front of hotel

Bed was weak and pillows / duvet very thin and uncomfortable. Bathroom in room very outdated. Heating was overpowering at night and early morning with no way to control it

"good location and breakfast, but tired staff and tired hotel."

the hotel is in the centre of the town.

The owner at checking admitted the standard rooms through booking.com are not good. The hotel is tired and in need of redecoration in the rooms. the furniture is battered and sofa beds are marked and ripped in places.
