Comfortable beds, clean room, balcony and pretty quiet street which was nice. Quite a few meal options around, at the market and cafes.

Not so much about the actual stay but a statement about the location -there’s not many public busses to get you from south to north of Pattaya which would be good.

Very polite staff, clean place, spacious room, near the beach (although full of dirt), near night food market, TV with channels, big fridge, AC worked well, solid bathroom, 2 bottles of water per day

A bit loud from near by clubs, especially if you have the room to the back side. The beach is unbelievably dirty which is very sad
