Everything was so clean, comfortable and quiet. The owners were so sweet and friendly. I would highly recommend staying here as the value is very reasonable.

The only thing that could be better is if they had some shampoo and coffee packets.

"New building is great. Area is ‘transitional’, but charming. Neighborhood women were very friendly."

Newly refurbished room. Immaculate. Great location one long block from beach. Television actually had English language programming!! ( but everything was on a lag, which was more comedic than annoying!

No elevator, up 4 flights of stairs was not a big deal for me, but elderly, or the not-so-fit may want a lower floor.

"Great guesthouse"

Good guesthouse in central Jomtien location. Rooms look recently renovated in 2nd building.

No lift, but I knew that going in. No big deal. A little bit of bar noise at night from Soi behind, but nothing too bad. Overall, a good experience.
