Mykonos Kosmoplaz Beach Resort Hotel

Mieliśmy bardzo udany pobyt w hotelu Kosmoplaz. Wybraliśmy ten hotel ze względu na lokalizację, ale po przybyciu na miejsce okazało się, że nie tylko to jest wspaniałe. Obsługa hotelowa jest bardzo Miła, pokoje codziennie sprzątane. Śniadania w restauracji na górze przepyszne, a do tego z przecudownym widokiem. Dla kogoś innego , być może mało urozmaicone, ale dla nas to były nasze smaki,wiec wszystko było jak najbardziej na plus. Chętnie byśmy do niego jeszcze wrócili, a innym polecamy!

Obsługa dość niemiła , mało pomocna , przy zgubionej karcie pobierają 10’euro , raczej nie spotykane w żadnym obiekcie 4-5 * na świecie .

La receptie unul iti incaseaza taxa de mediu desi era platita prin booking, altul la sesizarea mea isi cere scuze si imi da imediat banii, altul ma pune la check out sa platasc 150 euro pentru ca nu mai functiona manerul de la geam, fapt sesizat de catre mine pentru a fi remediat, bineinteles ca am refuzat, altii m-au ajuta cu tot ce au putut cand am avut nevoie. Concluzia: fiti atenti la orice detaliu si multumesc celor care au dat dovada de profesionalism in relatia cu mine, turistul.

We highly recommend Rebecca for everything hospitality. she’s beyond patient and assisted us with everything we needed the entire trip. she’s extremely lovely would come back to just to be served by her again.

The sea and beach were beautiful, and the location was excellent. The housekeeping staff were always friendly and kept our room very clean. I would also like to thank the wonderful Turkmen lady at reception who helped me after I fell and injured my knee and hand. She was incredibly kind, caring, and professional.

The biggest issue was the breakfast chef, Mike. While making an iced coffee, I used a glass cup because there were no signs or instructions saying otherwise. Instead of politely explaining, he raised his voice, threw cups down in front of me, and behaved in an aggressive and deeply disrespectful manner. His attitude towards guests was consistently unpleasant throughout our stay. The room was very small and lacked a proper wardrobe or storage space for clothes. The hotel also has no parking, which made parking a rental car extremely difficult. Additionally, hotel guests are required to meet a minimum spending amount to use the beach sunbeds, which felt unreasonable. Breakfast items such as pancakes regularly ran out early and were not replenished.

L’accès aux beds de la plage est payant et il n’y a que des beds sur la plage donc on n’a pas pu profiter de la plage. Nous avons été logé dans un bâtiment externe à l’hôtel juste derrière avoir franchi le portail de l’hôtel.
