Very friendly and helpful staff lovely room comfy bed fantastic location. Had a lovely stay here again this is our third time at the county.

Think the outside windows and doors need a lock of paint.

The room was very clean and nice bedding. Lovely en suite, also very clean 🙂 we did use the restaurant and the food and service was great. No problems to report

The bed, although it did have a mattress topper it was still too hard for me. The lighting, as usual in most hotels was too dim. Didn't realise there were so many steps to climb.

Great welcome on arrival and he went out of his way to let us check in early as we were going to a show. Lovely room and location couldn't be better. Lot's of free parking on the surrounding streets.
