Staff very friendly location great for train buses and shops food in hotel very reasonable.

Weather.it was a very nice break enjoyed ourselves.

There was no lift and I was on the second floor. I don't recall that being mentioned in your website. The staff however were brilliant and offered to help with my luggage

The bed was comfortable, the room was well laid out, clean and tidy, the shower was very good.

No ventilation except the gap under the door to the corridor, the windows had secondary glazing fitted but was in such poor repair was basically ineffective. The noise from the pub, actually it was the noise from the Pub Quiz on Thursday night it went on until 22:45, i was there on business and was away for 06:30 so sleep was important, i should have been told there was a quiz night on, or offered a quieter room.
