Ibis Pattaya

One day morning I did not swim. because all around filtering machine was full of chlorine on the floor and another morning same there was chlorine on the floor but less than before. both days I showed to one your staff she called people to come and clean it. I took some pictures from the chlorine on the floor. each time almost four square meter chlorine was on the floor. floor was completely white. Two night my room was completely wet. I was very uncomfortable. One of your staff (lady) was very helpful she find me nice dry room. I can say she is very professional I wish I remember her name.

Location was just perfect.

Çıkışta resepsiyon daki kadın bana hırsız muamelesi yaptı. Bavullarımı gaspetti. Bavullarımı sert ve ters hareketlerle elimden aldı arkasındaki odaya kapattı. Neymiş çamaşır çuvalı kaybolmuş. Neden böyle bişey yapıyorsun neyse ücreti vereyim dedim. Asık suratla ve sert hareketlerle bana davrandı. 300 baht vermeden bavullarını vermem dedi. Verdim parasını.

The staff were nice. The design of the room suits me well, i found it minimal, clean, and functional. I especially liked the wooden flooring. Will come back if in pattaya again.

موقع الفندق ممتاز جداً

وجبة الإفطار لم تكن مناسبة ابداً حيث تم دفع المبلغ لخمس ايام ولم نأكل الا يوم واحد فقط ، الطعام لايحتاج لتنوع اكثر .

ทำเลที่พัก

ช่องจอดรถแคบไปนิด และก็กลิ่นไม่พึ่งประสงค์ตาม พื้นที่ส่วนกลางต่างๆ

The staffs really helpful especially Ms. PLOY.

The hotel itself look a bit run down and seems like not really well upkeep. The breakfast was unsatisfactory with limited choices, lucky I did not add on breakfast for all of us.
