we were charge 30 dollars for our pet when they said in a message it would be 20 dollars. Two bedrooms one heater worked. I wrapped the heater that didn’t work with its cord. Coffee machine still had coffee in it from the last guest. I cleaned. The shower still had shampoo from the last guest. I had to clean the shower. Bathroom blinds were torn apart. To fix this the staff put a dry wall sheet propped against the wall. Smoke detector in all rooms but ours. Outside the windows are training pads for puppies and the other windows has a small trash bin. I could not find a broom to clean the floors not going to buy one once I had to clean before use. The kitchen. Sink cabinet door is broken. The bedroom door we used locked but didn’t shut completely. Lamp shade in the living room is full of dust and shade broken. First front door notice has been busted in. Doesn’t lock well. Second door locked only by bolt lock. The living room sofa is hard to sit on. It has no more stuffing. It was hard to sit on and watch a movie. It just had a bed sheet over it which didn’t fit the couch. I paid 514.00 to stay in one room and clean. I’m disappointed. The staff had to know that this was a half fast fix. I will not be visiting here again. The online pictures do not look the same as in person. No rugs on the bedroom floor. It’s not positive feedback but I expected is what I saw online that made my decision to stay here.

I wasn't really expecting much for the price but was surprised. It's kind of quaint, mostly clean and just what I needed with a kitchenette.

I have stayed at my fair share of low budget motels but this one takes the cake for being the most gag worthy. Smelled like chemicals the second we opened the door. (Cleaner and/or bug spray). Even though it smelled heavily like toxic cleaner, it was DIRTY! Floors were sticky, sink smelled, couch was DISGUSTING, no mattress protectors and no fitted sheets. Mattress was DISSSSGUSSSTINGGGGG! I can’t believe I let my child sleep on the bed. I woke up with the sheets up and my body was all over the stains on the mattress. I gagged. We couldn’t bathe. The minute we first walked in, we used the restroom and the tub was backed up with water, dirt and nasty smelling grime. We all gagged. We let the front desk know and they never sent anyone! In our bedroom, there was food on the shelf in the closet and wasn’t sure if it was bugs all over it but didn’t see it till the next morning. The heater in the bedroom was broken. There was no soap in bathroom and they left really dirty sponge in kitchen sink. All blinds were bent and/or broken. Outside there was trash and a shopping cart right out my family’s door (next door). Their door had a window that was broken. They only had one cup in their place. I will say though that this place has potential but desperately needs a really good clean up job, fixing and new mattresses and bedding, because we were appalled. Don’t think I’ll ever stay here again.

Location and price, but you get what you pay for

Rooms are not very clean, heaters don’t work in many of the room, spiders found throughout, some rooms are spacious but beds are not comfortable. Couches in the deluxe rooms are dirty (had to ask for a sheet to cover)

I thought the facility was cute but had no heat, toilitries, wash cloths, or dishes but cups/silverware

We really enjoyed the stay, the room was very warm and cozy.

The only complaint I would have is the room had no towels stocked, and also no hand soap. They did offer hand sanitizer however.
