Great location for what we needed. The staff were all really friendly and helpful.

The room we stayed in unfortunately was quite run down, but it was clean and had what we needed for a short two night stay. The food was not great, we had an evening meal and two breakfasts. The tea and coffee could quite easily be served fresh and not from flasks on a morning.

Perfect location for what I needed. They let me check in early which was amazing of them. Spacious room and great value for money

The breakfast

It’s old, needs refurbishing, peeling paint, musty smell in the bedroom. Knackered old curtains & furniture. Uncomfortable bed, run down bathroom, that needs retailing. All very neglected & overpriced for this reason.

Huge comfy bed, staff were very friendly

The bathroom could do with updating but the shower over the bath was excellent so could forgive the tired tiles

Excellent FOOD

Great room , great price and the staff were fantastic, especially as a large number of us had dinner on the Saturday evening and they were very accommodating.
