Emplacement idéal, hôtel très propre et personnel de grande qualité. Mention spéciale à Paul au bar pour son service impeccable et son sourire exceptionnel !

Je séjourne régulièrement dans des hôtels 4 ou 5 étoiles, et honnêtement, celui-ci n’est pas à la hauteur. Aucune bouteille d’eau dans la chambre, et lorsque j’ai appelé le room service pour en obtenir, on m’a demandé de descendre les chercher moi-même, idem pour le fer à repasser. De plus, à mon arrivée, le distributeur de savon dans la douche était vide. J’ai dû utiliser celui du lavabo et l’ai laissé vide en évidence, mais même après le ménage du lendemain, il n’avait toujours pas été remplacé. Des détails qui ne correspondent pas au standing attendu d’un hôtel 4 étoiles.

La chambre était très agréable avec une belle vue sur le port de Toulon. Hôtel très moderne au milieu du port de plaisance.

Personnel d'accueil un peu distant et léger sentiment d'insécurité aux alentours à partir de 22h00.
