"Satisfait de notre séjour si l'on exepte nos quelques remarques"

la propreté des lieux (parties communes et chambre), le calme dans la chambre, l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel, la présence du parking fermé, l'accueil à l'arrivée à l'hôtel jusqu'à 23h

ATTENTION: le coût de la chambre et la caution de garantie ont été débités sur la banque avant même notre arrivée à l'hôtel alors que l'on nous a confirmé à plusieurs reprises qu'il ne s'agissait que d'une empreinte bancaire! A notre départ, un virement du trop perçu nous a été adressé! Pourquoi donner de fausses informations? le chauffage dans la chambre n'a fonctionné que le 2ème jour, le rouleau de papier WC de secours à cheval sur le rouleau sur le dévidoir, une petite étagère serait la bienvenue le minibar est vide! le café au petit déjeûner est imbuvable

Parkplatz direkt am Hotel - immer super. Frühstück war ganz gut. Für Montag abend gab es ein offenes und gutes Restaurant gleich im Hause! Direkt am Hafen mit Blick auf die Schiffe ist immer schön.

Kurze Tour durch die Innenstadt gemacht - war nicht das Highlight des Monats.
