La localisation, la propreté et le petsonnel.

Classé 4 etoiles, j’ai été surprise par l’absence d’un miroir grossissant dans la salle de bains, l’absence de peignoirs et de chaussons et l’absence de petites cuillères dans la salle de restaurant.

Petit déjeuner express rationné.

Invasion de fourmis dans notre chambre au 4 ème. Nous avons perdu les gourmandises achetées pour les offrir à notre retour.il y en avait dans la salle de bain , dans le lit. Plafond défoncé dans le couloir du même étage.

La chambre, à la déco moderne, était spacieuse et propre.

Le service du personnel est à revoir, une formation en hôtellerie ne serait pas de trop. Quelques exemples en 48 heures : carte bleue débitée la veille de notre arrivée sans autorisation, petit déjeuner en chambre oublié (notre commande accrochée sur la porte n'a pas été ramassée), café jus de chaussette le 1er matin puis servi dans une tasse à expresso le lendemain (pas très adapté pour tremper ses tartines !), pas de room service avant 19h, pas de verre pour le dîner servi dans la chambre, minibar vide pendant tout le séjour (pas d'eau pour se désaltérer), femme de chambre qui rentre dans la chambre sans qu'on l'y autorise, festival de musique sous nos fenêtres (nous aurions apprécié qu'on nous en informe à notre arrivée, de nombreuses chambres étaient disponibles, nous aurions pu être au calme pour nous reposer)...

Has nearby free overnight parking spaces

The room booked is a triple room for three people, but the sofa bed was still a sofa instead of an already made-up bed when entered. I have to make the sofa into a bed by myself, with given bedding stuffs after discovering the situation. The booking was made around 2am on Sunday, and the check-in was around 11pm.
