Absolutely amazing stay! This hotel truly felt like luxury from the moment we arrived. Everything was beautiful, elegant, and high quality — we honestly felt like a million dollars during our stay. The rooms, atmosphere, service, and overall experience were exceptional. The staff were professional and very welcoming, and every detail made the stay feel special. One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Highly recommended!

I couldn't fault this hotel, We were also given a free up grade. The room was excellent,large,clean,good water pressure and a comfy bed. The staff were also very attentive and we were given a free ride to catch the ferry to Koh Rong also. Shout out to Royce who took care of everything for use once we arrived,she was so kind and made sure our stay was top notch

I didnt know there was a casino at the hotel,didnt bother me but it would be nice to let guests know as it would no doubt bother some

Superbe accueil dès l'arrivée (MERCI CHANN) la chambre était parfaite au 18eme étage avec vue "partielle sur la plage" (chambre 1830) Dès notre première sortie on nous a proposer de nous déposer gratuitement avec une voiture de l'hôtel et cela a continué avec notre check out (tardif- 13h sans aucun supplément) ou Pheoung Visal nous a même accompagné jusqu'au pier pour prendre notre ferry En gros que dire de plus si ce n'est PARFAIT 👌👌

Rien tout est juste Nickel 👌 Ah si il y'a un point .. la piscine au 17eme ne bénéficie d'aucun ensoleillement Une piscine sur le rooftop serait la cerise sur le gâteau 😉🌞

Hôtel exceptionnel ! Le buffet est très varié, avec un excellent petit-déjeuner mêlant cuisine européenne et asiatique. Le personnel est toujours à l’écoute, attentionné et professionnel, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. La chambre de 55 m² est spacieuse et confortable, avec une vue mer absolument exceptionnelle. Nous avons également apprécié les boissons offertes à la piscine ainsi que les promotions intéressantes pour le dîner. Il y a tellement de points positifs à mentionner… une expérience vraiment remarquable que je recommande sans hésitation !

Das Beste Hotel in dem wir jemals waren, eine 12 von 10 Wir wurden kostenlos vom Pier geholt und hatten eine super Hilfe von Pheoung Visal, ein extra Danke für seinen Service und Freundlichkeit. Er war nicht auf Trinkgeld aus, sondern wirklich freundlich. Er hatte gefühlt immer ein Auge auf uns, war nicht aufdringlich und hat sich um alles außerordentlich gut gekümmert. Das Frühstück war super, eine 12, frisch gepresste Säfte und alles was einem in den Sinn kommt. Das Abendessen war such sehr gut,nicht ganz günstig, aber trotzdem sehr gut. Die Gläser wurden immer mit Wasser gefüllt. Minibar war inbegriffen, sowie 1 Getränk an der Poolbar. Wir bekamen ein Zimmerupgrade mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Zimmer wurde während des Tages 2x aufgeräumt, ohne dass wir etwas davon mitbekommen haben.
