Mainly nice staff accept for one. Quality of service and food good. All good and clean. In a great location. I found the staff very helpful

In the information I was told a safe and secure location for my car to park in their car park. On arriving back after a day out there was a sign in the car park that the car park needed to be closed and cars removed by a certain time. There was a festival the following day. I queried this and asking, I was met with hostility in a reply by a staff member instructing me that my car needs to be removed. There was no clear information at the start of my stay that this was to happen. It was the rudeness of a staff member over it because I asked about it. I moved my car but this same staff was rather rude towards me for the rest of my stay by their behaviour towards me. What was more annoying the car park was mainly empty as the event was moved to another area away from the hotel car park!

Comfy bed, location of hotel, breakfast and reception staff very helpful.

I had never slept in a 4 Poster Bed before but it was very nice as was our Bedroom.It was the Weekend of their Real Ale Festival which was an added bonus.All the Staff were Lovely as was the Food we had 2 Breakfasts and 1 Evening Meal.

Nothing.

It was a room only arrangement.

I couldn’t get the Shower to work so, had to go without cleaning myself.

Location amazing. Suite great. Staff great.
