Da hat uns gar nichts gefallen

Wir haben erst das Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten bekommen, obwohl wir ein Doppelzimmer gebucht haben, da hieß es, „sie müssen uns schon sagen, dass Sie ein großes Bett wollen“, bis jetzt musste ich noch nicht dazu sagen, wenn ich ein Doppelzimmer gebucht habe. Geruch von Restaurant war im ganzen Raum, es war kein Fön, keine Ablagemöglichkeit im Badezimmer, freigelegte Rohre, im Badezimmer, war eine Tür, diese war zwar abgeschlossen, aber man könnte theoretisch, diese aufmachen, habe mich schon sehr unsicher gefühlt. Das war bis jetzt die schlimmste Übernachtung, die ich je hatte!!

Preisgünstige Unterkunft. Kann man sich nicht beschweren? Aber halt minimale Ausstattung.

Kein Toilettenpapier mehr am Morgen

recently stayed at your hotel and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is beautiful and relaxing. However, I would like to mention an issue that caused us frustration. When we arrived, the receptionist showed us the dining area and told us we could come for breakfast and lunch. At no point were we informed that lunch and dinner were not included in our reservation or that they came with an extra charge. Additionally, when we entered the dining room and gave our room number, no one mentioned that the meals were paid separately or what the price would be. Only during check-out did we discover that each meal cost €60 per person, which was unexpected. We enjoyed our stay, but we believe it is very important to inform guests clearly in advance when meals are not included and to state the cost before they are seated.

I booked this room less than 10 min before I arrived at the hotel riding my bike. I chose the option with a private bathroom. Even if it's a little far from downtown, it has a convenient - and tasty - restaurant on the ground floor, which was full when I had dinner - always a good sign for a restaurant. For what I needed - hot shower, a hot meal, privacy, and a bed, it was perfect. It even had a towel heater! I got a room with a room to the Rhine, which was an extra bonus. In the morning, I could hear the traffic, but not too bad.

I had an unpleasant interaction with a driver on the parking lot, and there were no staff members around, so it felt not as safe as I'd like being a solo, female, biker.
