Room was clean

We were quite disappointed with our experience upon arrival. There was absolutely no staff present to attend to us, which is not what one expects from a hospitality establishment. Staff should be properly trained to receive and assist guests courteously. Additionally, there was no drinking water provided in the room, which is a basic necessity. The behavior of certain staff members also left much to be desired and should be reviewed seriously. Initially, we were allotted Room No. 206, where the mattress was in extremely poor condition — the springs were protruding and there was a large hole in it. After raising a complaint, we were shifted to Room No. 209. We hope that these issues will be addressed promptly to improve the overall guest experience.

What is there to like Neither the room nor the bed. Terrible Experience with Cleanliness The hotel's cleanliness was severely lacking. The bed was in poor condition, and the bef sheets were dirty with noticeable stains. It appeared they hadn't been washed properly. Additionally, there were no clean towels provided, which was very disappointing. Overall, the experience was subpar, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

1. In booking.com clearly written it' free for pet still they charged me 300 inr 2. Commode cover was broken and jet spray was very dirty. 3. AC wasn't working properly. 4. The guy helped us with luggage asked money from us directly, it should be our choice. 5. Not much plates glass were available at hotel.
