Hotel room , location was nice.

But Not available of room Service or any hospitality. Tv , AC remote battery is not available. No any bath towel, handwash, soap, drinking water . Today I have checked out the hotel at 3.45 pm. As per my request you approved my proposal. But they charged extra ₹400 for late check in-out. I have already shown them the mail that you sent to me. But still they refused. It's too late to my train schedule time .. that's why I paid them ₹400. Please look into the matter. Looking for a favourable response from you.

The room was large and comfortable .Overall a pleasant experience . Well trained staff so clean and hygienic . Nice property

Wifi is not working

Very poorly maintained. The besheets were stained. When complained they made excuses that it were oil staines and cannot be removed by wash. It looked like they did not even wash the bedsheets. There was no toiled paper, handwashing liquid or wvwn a soap in the washroom. No water bottle in the room. Had to even ask for a towel. The staff took nearlt 45 mins to check me in. They did not even enter my name and phone number while checking in. One of the staff asked me to come down to get that information.
