Breakfast was basic and fine, served between 7-10am but if you arrived around 9 then the drinks eg.milk & juices were warm. Bathroom need some kind of shelves or drawers for toiletry basics, no place to put your stuff.

Isafjordur is beautiful

The hotel seems to be a boarding school where most of the pupils have gone home for the summer. No kettle or cups in the room -WTF???? Quite a walk from the main town if you are disabled in any way. Note: Taxis are hard to get in the evening and are unreliable. Again, a problem if you have trouble walking. Breakfast is very basic. Sorry- valve for money- No. Will not bevusingtis hotel (???) again.

It’s good to understand that this is a summertime hotel only, usually it’s a student accommodation so it is quite basic though comfortable. Breakfast was generous, fresh and well displayed. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Poor soundproofing as we could hear a baby crying and chairs being dragged on the floor above. I suggest requesting a room on the top floor with a back facing view.
