Hótel Torfnes

The room size is decent. The bed is comfortable. The room was clean The breakfast was great

The access to the hotel is problematic. You have to carry your suitecase up about 20 stairs The corridors are a bit dark and gloomy.

Great staff.

This is a very basic hotel but with good space.

Clean and central if clinical in appearance.

Breakfast is adequate but uninspiring

Breakfast was good, suffictent choice, quantity and quality. Rooms are a bit small. Good wifi coverage.

Cleaning could be slightly improved.

Breakfast was good, nice choices and well presented. Very short (300m) walk from town centre. WiFi was excellent, staff were very polite. Hotel was very clean.

The reception staff could be better informed about the airport bus options.

The breakfast was superb, fresh loaves of bread, flavoured yogurt, vegetables, fruit, and cheese and meat slices. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and the front desk made suggestions for the evening meal.

Goggle sends people to their sister property, but only a 3-4 minute drive to correct one.

We liked the size of the room, the location and the friendly and helpful Reception. Breakfast was excellent. It is used as a school during term time so there are no TVs in rooms.

They'd only just reopened so they were just finding their feet - so, for example, they took ages to refill things at breakfast. There were no tea/coffee making facilities, but Reception were very helpful.
