"Basic needs work"

Close to friends place. Bed was comfortable .

There either has been roof damage or is damage and ceiling was moldy. The air conditioner has not been cleaned properly , when opened the grills very dirty/ dusty. The shower has mold and needs rerouting. The motel was probably built in the 70s and the room we were in has not been refurbished.
