The property is over 40 years old but is in good condition.Rooms are kept clean The lady who runs the property is always friendly and helpful

The hot and cold water were not in the good function. Too difficult to shower. Water came too hot then too cold.

No breakfast available. The location is fine, no busy road. The problem was a burst pipe which left no water by morning. A motor going near the room, which felt like it went all night. In relation to having no water, the management could have supplied a large bottle of water to each occupied room so we could wash our face and hands, make a cup of tea or coffee and clean our teeth, or simply have a glass of water. Very disappointed this visit.

A lovely quiet location. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Good value for money.

The decore was dated.

Tranquil location, value for money, friendly staff, good shower pressure.

Tea bags (I'd prefer them to be the individually sealed ones), room was a little run down but comfortable.

Broken things ie no bathroom light, tv in lounge didn't work, electric blanket etc. The bed sagged and was very uncomfortable

Out of cbd but very quiet. Cold but warm up with ac.

Floor was cold but too hard to improve. Lighting needs improvement. A great location
