Pondooks Joglo

Wayan is the sweetest woman who is willing to help with everything. The accommodation is very clean, our room was cleaned every day. We could rent scooters which was very useful to see the island, everything is on driving distance. There are many nice warungs on walking distance with the most delicious food options (we especially loved cookies which was next door and had delicious coffee and granola-fruit bowls and bumbu oma who served the best fish of the day and pisang goreng). The pool is big and because there are only 4 houses it all feels very private, we always had the pool to ourselves if we used it. Would highly recommend to stay here!

The property has a good location only 5 min walking to dream Beach and surrounded by many restaurants, Also in a very quite area They rent a bike and the price is very reasonable. The service was amazing and the manager is very kind and helpful. I had a very good time there. I would love to stay there again! Highly recommended.

We loved this place, very comfortable and chill. Only four rooms so the pool is never busy. And heaps of things around (on a short scooter ride away) could have stayed longer.

The owners were super friendly and helpful and the area was nice and quiet. The bungalows are really nice, the bed was super comfy and it was clean. There are lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance.

This was such a wonderful place to stay! The property is stunning with beautiful gardens and a large pool. The room is huge and has a very comfortable bed. Perfect walking distance to Dream Beach and many restaurants. We loved it so much we extended our stay. The couple that run the property are so lovely and helped us get to the ferry dock when we were leaving.

The soap dispensers in the shower probably need replacing, but not a big deal overall. We had a really great time here!

It was such a nice place, the swimmingpool was super clean, the bed was so big, we both slept like baby’s and everything was very neat. Also the owner and employee were very sweet and accomodating.

The only minor difficulty was that the person who reaches out to you through booking is not the same person who owns this accommodation, they are brother and sister. Therefore, we had already arranged a snorkeling trip for instance with the person trough booking but the owner of Joglo arranged something else. Therefore, we had to go back and forth between them to make sure everything was clear and there were no double bookings made. So I would suggest to just ask for the number of the owner of this Joglo so you can get in touch with her, would make things much easier.

A fantastic stay at this hotel, with a warm and attentive owner who made everything even more enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better—just a 5-minute stroll to Dream Beach, which is truly a dream with its clean, swimmable waters, beautiful sand, and peaceful atmosphere. Right next door is Devil’s Tear, a stunning natural site where you can see the ocean in all its powerful beauty. The rooms were exactly like the photos—spotlessly clean, with thoughtful touches like drinkable water, a fridge, and tea-making facilities. Breakfast was a treat; I had the banana pancakes, which were delicious and perfect fuel for a day of exploring. The hotel is conveniently close to great restaurants and a variety of small shops, making it easy to enjoy the local area. This was an amazing find on a beautiful island, and I will definitely be returning! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and perfectly located getaway.
