"Night away."

Great location nice staff very clean. Will recommend to friends and family.

Waiting time for evening meal was a bit long but a lovely meal. It's only been built 4 years big car park no electric charge stations as I drive and EV something look into for the future.

Fantastic location and the hotel was so well maintained. Room was exceptional and staff were so attentive and welcoming. One of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. We will definitely be staying again.

Bar and restaurant would have benefited with additional staff.

A beautiful hotel with beautiful views and beautiful staff! A real gem in a beautiful location. the staff were wonderful all very welcoming. And the rooms and views were perfect.

The only slight niggle was the wait in the restaurant. Not many staff and waits for food was poor. A few customers complaining

This hotel enjoys a stunning location overlooking the estuary and the sea beyond, and was super comfortable and set up for a very restful stay. The staff are so friendly and engaged with us. The beds are comfortable, and the facilities great - we particularly enjoyed the view from the room and balcony looking out across the bay. The continental breakfast is varied and of good quality, and quite sufficient, though we did enjoy the Welsh breakfast that we ordered on one of the mornings.

Just a little more attention to detail needed when servicing the room - it was clean and comfortable, but we did notice variation of what was done and how it was left between the days, for example how bed was remade or towels treated. Nevertheless it did not impact our enjoyment, and we would happily stay again.

"Amazing stay"

Wow! Lovely hotel, booked the room with a balcony and sea view and it was just perfect. Air con was amazing for the hot bank holiday. Staff were friendly and attentive. Short walk down to the beach meaning you don’t have to battle with parking.
