"Average place for the money food priced to high ."

Management need to train staff , was expecting a better welcome on arrival , staff did not make conversation didnt seem happy to be there , room was great , food was average my partner had Hunters Chicken priced at £18.95 to find the chicken was processed meat. Would not return .

Very friendly and helpful staff, good car parking nice bar and dining room

The fact that I had to pay extra for a British cooked breakfast, a continental breakfast is offered as standard but this is the UK not Europe

Amazing Staff, Beautiful location, fantastic large rooms well laid out, And the personal touches, home made Welsh cakes in the room, chocolate left on the bed, and a welcome card with our names, and the Staff taking you to your room. A hotel that went the extra mile, fresh milk in the fridge,
