Hotel Boutique Eden Costa

Clean property with comfortable rooms overlooking the pool. Included breakfast was awesome and service was superior to hotel experience

Would not call this a Boutique Hotel . Photos more favourable than actual. Hotel had not printed my booking and check in was not great. When they finally found it and confirmed, I was offered an outrageous price for early check in for a room that was empty. Have never had this happen before. I came back after a few hours and finally was able to check in. Hotel is not close to to facilities and a bit of a walk to Chahua Beach

The staff are very friendly. Second time staying here and we booked the suite which we loved. Lots of room for a few night stay. We also really enjoyed the pool. Having breakfast in the morning was also a nice benefit.

The room was a bit small and the safe was not working.

The pool is excellent. It's the saving grace of the place. Some of the staff are friendlier than others. They let me store my luggage until late at night. The beach is not so far away, and there is a beach club at the beach where you can pay to use the beach lounge chairs which was nice. (Not part of the hotel but if you're staying in huatulco it's nice to know)

The beds were very hard, the room was smelly after the first day from the pipes, the 'included breakfast' is very small. I tried to book a tour the day before with the reception but the guy didn't put it in, so if you want to book a tour make sure they actually contact someone.
