The hot tub was nice.

The heater in the room didn't work that great so it never got warm in the room, but we didn't freeze to death either. The bathroom was very small, not made for larger people.

Nothing

Was told not to leave my room from the manager as my door was broken and he wouldn't let me back in. He told me I would not be allowed back in and I would be on the street. He decided to call me at 12 AM and it woke me.

"I slept well but would not stay there again. Grand Rapids Inn wasn't really in GR"

There was no breakfast. None expected. Was further from the airport that I expected as I am not familiar with the area

Bugs in the room. No instructions for finding channels on the TV. Uncarpeted floor left dirt on my socks.

The jacuzzi was100% great!!

The front door to the room was stuck shut had to ask front desk 3 times for a different key and still didn't work finally 45 min later front desk came to room amd had to kick door 2 ti.ez to get rbe door to open. Also security was very rude .when I was in the office talking to the front desk about the door . Security asked how many people we had in our van coming to the room.
