Grand Rapids Inn

The Grand Rapids Inn is the most expensive weekly hotel in the city with rooms starting at $350/week. The rooms are filthy and completely INFESTED with cockroaches. The property is disgusting with cockroach blood smeared on the walls and no money invested in years.

The remote for the tv was working just not working with the tv. I was unable to change channels or adjust the volume!

Nice comfortable bed, very clean sheets and very comfortable chair.

First of all, no one was available for check-in for at least 20 minutes and there was no sign indicating what was going on; in my Room 252 there was a puddle on the floor as well as a dirty non-carpeted floor; only one light worked in the "living area"; broken hanging loose bathroom doorknob; bathroom fan did not work; marked up toilet; loose sink faucet/didn't fit; wobbly refrigerator; no place to hang clothes; wet balcony from leaking AC and this was for $85??!!! Grand Rapids Inn looks beautiful from the outside but is definitely not in the inside.

The room. To many issues. I did kill 3 roaches in my room.
