Family Hotel Relaxa

Breakfast was fine and the staff was polite during our check-in.

There was a party in the hotel restaurant with loud music and drunk shouting in the halls all night long, which continued even after we asked the people to keep it down. We weren't warned of a planned party at the time of our reservation, nor during our check-in, nor even earlier the same day, even though we were with a baby. Between the terrible noise, the screeching and broken doors (including the bathroom door that couldn't be closed), and the excessive heat in the room, we didn't get much sleep, let alone do any relaxing. Receiving our complaints the next day, the hotel manager was extremely rude, saying she was in the building the whole night and according to her, it couldn't have been noisy in our room, so it was our problem we couldn't sleep and she didn't even owe us an apology. We definitely won't be staying at this hotel ever again after such awful customer service.

Very clean, very spacious. Extremely comfortable. The hosts (staff) are extremely nice and friendly. The service is excellent.

Everything was great, no complaints.
