Family Hotel Relaxa

The location is good, the room was decent. A staff member helped us get to the location when we couldn't find the place.

Upon arrival, the office/lounge was smoked and untidy. The landlady did not seem very pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty, yet small and not very balanced.

Bad attitude from the staff. Breakfast was promised at 8:30, at 9:00 the staff still hadn't arrived and the kitchen was filthy from the previous day's dinner. We asked for credit for the breakfast but the manager did not agree and apologized over the phone

The family who runs the business is super nice. Meals were of good quality. Sauna and turkish bath, albeit small, are very nice and for free. Value for money is very good. I would totally recommend it and if I ever travel again to Bulgaria, I will stay again in the same place

Mattress could have been better, but it's a small thing.

Kind staff and service. Spacious suits.

The street in front is not paved and during shower not so pleasant to walk and park your car. For all this the price is too high.

The steam bath and jacuzzi were great. The food and staff were also amazing.

The bed was too soft for me personally.
