Very well managed, great breakfast and so helpful with organizing guides. Wonderful to fall asleep to the sound of the river, not more than 50 ft away.

fantastic location and very friendly helpful staff. fantastic breakfast.

the cabin itself was a bit dated and really needs a bit of an update. other cabins on site seemed newer and some nice looking new cabins were being built.

"It was a lot of money ($250.0) for what we got at basically a very rustic cabin with no services."

Staff was very friendly and kind, location is beautiful.

It felt like they were not really open.. there is construction going on next to you at 3 cabins, no restaurant, we had to ask for toilet paper, etc.

They Are prepared for the cold weather, enough blankets and a comfy bed. Nice garden and terrace area

It went Super cold with no option to heat up the cabina. Insufficient communication in regards of missing WiFi which then worked at the evening before check out but without mentioning this to us. But also not available in the cabin only in reception and restaurant area which closed at 6 pm. As well as the weird communication in regards of a double booking which didn’t accrued at the and which destroyed our complete weekend plans. Additionally it’s unfriendly if you name the guests as foreigners via their internal communication.

"Superb"

Nice, spacy cabin in beautiful garden nearby the river. Birdfeeder in the garden allows you to see many colorful birds. Quetzal birds can be spotted in the neighbourhood, if you get up with the sun.

Angie at reception was very helpful. The staff were very good. The view from the chalet was wonderful. Breakfast was very good.

wifi was very slow and only available in the communal area. The kitchenette was very basic - just a fridge and a coffee maker.

beautiful location and balcony overlooking the river; good standard of furnishings warm in the day. lovely family business Recommend cabs 1&2 only. Very good breakfast included in price. Morning only restaurante overlooking the river

it was freezing cold - no heating but the beds were comfortable and the duvets and blankets provided were very appreciated and good quality.
