The girl on reception was very rude abrupt and not at all welcoming. We all noticed in our party.

Wonderful location. In the middle of vineyards but within walking distance to the village with excellent wine tasting The spa area and pool were very nice and spacious. Large rooms Nice touch with the Winzervesper Good breakfast

Rooms a bit outdated (80s vibe) Terrible pillows. 1 super large big and 1 tiny pillow(We stayed only one night and I didn’t realize before going to bed. Would have asked for a different one if we had stayed longer) Dinner was good but a bit uninspired in taste and presentation

The location of the hotel, the delicious meals, the hotel was very clean and the staff was perfect.

Thee was no air condition and ther was no coffee machine in the room. i was under the impression that ther will be balcony. My room was on the low floor.
