Wohlfühlhotel Alte Rebschule

We first stayed at the Alte Rebschule in June 2018 and were so impressed we were determined to return. We have just completed our second visit. The location is sublime - overlooking Pfalz vineyards, with some good walks possible direct from the hotel. Food is of the highest quality - as is the service. As you would expect in this region, the wines are exceptional. You can order a selection of wine to take home & it’s all boxed up and ready for you at reception when you check out. Marvellous hotel (though air conditioning would make it even better). We look forward to our next visit 👍

Everything, from the welcoming check-in to our check out was excellent. The hotel is in an elevated position, surrounded by Pfalz vines with stunning views across the wide Rhine valley. Food was gourmet standard and staff were, without exception, friendly and helpful. Our room, although just the standard spec, was huge and had a large terrace. Factor in the good-size swimming pool, the fitness room & the spa and the hotel is well worth a visit. You can even buy local wines here at a good price and they will have them boxed up at reception ready for your departure. Exceptional hotel

Friendly and helpful reception, spacious clean rooms. Food at breakfast was of good quality and choice. The dinners were lovely and good value. Very peaceful and quiet with lovely walks around. Lovely views from the balcony of the vineyards the valley beyond.

I stayed here for 2 nights on a business trip. The room was light and bright, super clean and spacious. The view down to Edesheim was very pretty over the vineyards. The hotel is a family-run affair and all members of the family are very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool and spa I did not use but it looked in pristine condition. The lounge had a roaring fire going at all hours of the day and night and the large window allowed one to have a grand view of the surroundings. Breakfast was ample and even sparkling "sekt" was available if you like to start the day with some wine! The hotel has a great location for those who want to walk and explore the surroundings. Many walking trails in the vicinity. I can highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Half board is excellent value for EUR 16 extra. Breakfast is good too, with a lot of choice, even sekt and salmon. Clean rooms, quiet, good pool/spa. Situated in the middle of the vineyards. A place to remember!
