The cleanliness of the room, pool and surroundings, the helpfulness of the reception lady who was also very helpful.

The water to the shower was erratic in temperature, and difficult to adjust to a happy medium. Breakfast was one of the worst we’ve experienced globally. Everything including bread was over sweet. There were scrambled eggs some mornings but not always, and also not ready at the stated start time. Most mornings the buffet was incomplete at the start and this delay meant missing part of it when early start if tours was involved. Three mornings, out of butter, so dry bread and toast. Last morning an 08.00 pickup for the airport things were not ready at 07.30. The hot water flask device was not plugged in for the second time and took 20 mins before a hot drink could be made. No scrambled eggs on last morning. Another couple at breakfast knocked on the kitchen door and asked for butter and eggs. Only after the man came out she was able to ask for eggs. They were then prepared and brought with undue delay. Only then did this individual approach my wife despite having seen us 25 minutes earlier when bringing out other items that weren’t in place at the start, to ask if she would like any, but too late. His attitude was one that suggested he couldn’t care less and was unaffected by the hotel’s stipulated start time. We ended up having to purchase supplementary breakfast items at other places.
