Ubicación, piscina hotel, limpieza

La calle donde está el Hotel es oscura en la noche no hay iluminación, no tiene aire acondicionado solo un. Ventilador que mete mucho ruido y si quieres alargarlo tienes que levantarte para hacerlo. El desayuno pobre, un lugar muy frío de ambiente poco acogedor, mucho que mejorar

"Not bad. With a few details, the hotel would be very nice."

Spacious room, good shower, relatively close to the Caracoles street, very cordial staff, very good breakfast.

Hotel is under staffed. Room doesn't have a minibar or air conditioning. Low quality towels. Bad snack in substitution of breakfast (in days in which we had very early tours). Some help with transportation to Caracoles would be nice, specially for elderly people.
