There were dirty room, dirty shared zone. The room and shared some definitely need some renovation There were really thin walls. So we heard each step from other guests, their cough, even their snoring It’s ridiculous that here is mentioned that breakfast is included! It is just like old and expired cereals, milk. Awful and disgusting. That’s all, only this was in the kitchen. There was a strange and loud noise from the kitchen as well, we could hear it from room and hallway

I liked how clean it was. I enjoyed having close facilities including dinner while at the hotel. The staff were absolutely fantastic and even left the back lights on for me as I was returning later in the evening from spilt milk festival. I enjoyed free parking and heated blankets

Location good - good basic overnight stop on way to Geelong to catch ferry to Tasmania

The road to Snake Valley was closed so had to find alternate route - obviously nothing to do with hotel

When I first spoke with the woman who checked me in, she was very rude , she was nicer later, but the damage was done by then
