Location was pet friendly, close to the center of Borrego Springs and many of the Galleta steel sculptures, facility had extra amenities (e.g., community seating area, fire pit, club house, grill), and the motel staff was responsive, welcoming, and informative. I enjoyed my stay.

Loved the location, off and away from the road. Had great view of the mountains and a nice pool.rooms and very basic, no tv, art or bathroom exhaust fan.However, mini fridge, free coffee and microwave are great! They even have "community" pool towels, bug spray and spf lotion, and free firewood and books to loan. Fridge had complimentary soda & protein bars! Beds are firm memory foam, and I was surprised my back gave no complaints. Robin was great and so was the handyman(Denis), both have a wealth of knowledge about the area. The landscaping was beautiful too, close viewing for hummingbirds.

No bathroom exhaust, but whatever- open a window!

"A well-managed, economical motel with all of the basic amenities."

This is a very clean and well managed motel. The shower has a comfortable size and good water pressure.

The mattress was too firm for me. It’s a foam mattress and doesn’t have much “give”.

Location was great. Room a little bare bones, but bed comfortable, towels nice, lots of coffee pods, refrigerator a good size, lamps on each side of bed.

"A very simple, clean, inexpensive place to lay your head at night."

This motel is nothing fancy, but that is exactly how I like it. It served my purpose. It had a comfortable bed, with a firm memory foam mattress. The room was exceptionally clean and simple. I only needed it to sleep, shower, and bathroom usage. I was able to park directly in front of my room which was a plus. Also, no key was needed as you enter your door with a code that matches the last 4 of your phone number (very convenient). Like I said, nothing fancy, no TV, but I wasn't there to watch TV. It served my purpose well, with a clean and inviting atmosphere.
