Having to Call the Police to Save us from the Front Office People and Dialling "100" to get a refund.

Room and location

I travel a lot. I booked this hotel to fresh up as my flight is late night. Rude receptionist. Unwelcoming behavior at the reception. Hotels are meant for hospitality. As a frequent traveler, I have experienced only a very few of this type receptions.

Vishvajit was very helpful.

No packsged water bottle provided. After following up multiple times one bottle was provided between 2 rooms. TV remote was not available. When asked, I was told they are short of remotes. . Side table is available just on one side of the bed.

Good location (just before the toll plaza) & easy to reach airport.

Location is good and near to the Airport.

There is no proper information about room check in and out details. Staffs are not polite to the guest. After we pay the money they behave like giving us free and service was disaster. I asked for some basic amenities like milk powder and sugar sachets, it took like 3 times to call them. House keeping staff was good. Breakfast food is good. Am from the hospitality industry since 2004 to till now. Being an Executive Pastry Chef their dealing was hectic and bad experience to me. I wait with my old parents for 1.5 hours to check in. Night shift guy at reception the day we check in, he was behaving to us very rude. He in was forcing me to pay the money. Only focus to take money and not good about service. This was my experience. I never suggest anyone to visit this property to stay.
