"Magnificent accommodation Isle of Skye"

Loved everything about Monkstadt. Large, comfortable and well appointed rooms. Exceptional dinner and breakfast. Loved the history of the house, classic restoration and remoteness of the property despite being only minutes from Uig and a number of the best walks on Skye

Book early for meals if also using other restaurants in Uig. Very limited availability in busier months and a long drive back to Portree. We had dinner at Monkstadt and also at Uig Hotel (which was very good food and service)

בית מאוד יפה, חדש. נוף מהמם מהחדר.

מרוחק ומבודד מאוד. כ-שעה נסיעה מפורטרי. הגענו למלון בסביבות השעה 13, לא הזמנו ארוחת ערב(חשבנו שניבדוק במקום) ולא היתה אפשרות לאכול במקום או דבר! ביקשנו כריך/סלט משהו קטן לאכול- התשובה היתה אין כלום. נישארנו רעבים מרגע ההגעה(כאמור בצהריים) עד למחרת לארוחת הבוקר. לא סביר במלון חמישה כוכבים שאין אפשרות להזמין שום אוכל, גם אם האורחת לא הזמינה מקודם ארוחת ערב…. שהינו שתי לילות: הניקיון בחדר היה חלקי בלבד. כשהפנינו את תשומת לב הצוות לכך הם התנצלו.

L’emplacement, l’accueil très sympa de Nathan et le baignoire dans la chambre.

Le dîner plus que frugal (pour ne pas dire mesquin) à presque 100€ par personne
