"magnifique établissement chargé d'histoire"

situation isolée mais bon rapport qualité/prix pour l'île de Skye grande chambre magnifique - salle de bain magnifique - travail de designer dans tout l'hôtel récent pour ce lieu chargé d'histoire petit-déjeuner exceptionnel (porridge au whisky...) personnel du matin accueillant

accueil en demi-teinte : ne cadre pas avec ce lieu magnifique

Molto curati gli arredi, la stanza bella e silenziosa, la colazione buona, le parti comuni molto belle e suggestive.

Personale inadeguato, poco accogliente, per nulla disponibile a aiutarti se hai un problema specifico (nel mio caso tutto il giorno senza wi fi per lavori e la signora continuava a dire non è colpa nostra invece di aiutarmi a trovare una soluzione in linea con standard che vorrebbero avere. L'empatia è un lusso che non conoscono.
