Little Lochan Lodge

Location is beautiful, super cozy and clean.

The land was stunning, the wildlife we saw was fantastic, and the views from the hills... WOW! We can't thank Hazel and Alastair enough, they were the loveliest, most helpful owners of an accommodation we've ever had the pleasure of meeting. The accommodation was so comfy, homely, and equipped, we wish we could have stayed longer. Everyone we have told our holiday stories to has had me repeating the name of the lodge and it's location many times as a friendly nudge to go themselves, and they were in love with it - as we were - just from looking at photos. I just can't wait for another opportunity to be able to go back.

We didn't like the idea of leaving, and when the time came we really didn't want to.

This lodge was great, so perfect in the setting where it was. It was clean and warm and had everything you could need. It was lovely to have to wood burning stove Our host opened the farm gate for us so we wouldn't get our wedding outfits wet

Only the weather could have been better

Peace and tranquility the ideal place to get away from the busy life most of us lead, super clean and comfortable

Not dislikes just observations for other guests, Rural not advisable for city/little car, No mobile reception, Steps into cabin are steep would not suit anyone with mobility issues

Myself and partner absolutely loved this little hidden gem! it’s definitely what we needed and more the perfect little get away for two! I absolutely loved how you didn’t hear any traffic or that which you usually hear when you stay in the city. It was so peaceful and lovely. Will definitely be booking again for sure.
