The Haven Lodge with Hot Tub

Lovely lodge with good facilities

Beds could have been slightly comfier, I would say you could also have 2 cars parked on the drive way as it was a slight inconvenience having to park wlse where

lovely cabin.

noise from other cabins which staff didnt do nothing about even came home a night early and this was for my partners 30th. still waiting for management to call me back 3 weeks later. so far only been offered 10% off next stay for being put through a night from hell from party goers blaring music all night and when i say all night it was 06.07 am and they were still going. they were warned the second day but then couldnt be removed due to a duty of care as they were over the limit so we ended up leaving as we had no sleep on the first night. the music even kept the toddler and baby awake.

The lodge was very clean with great facilities and the staff on site were very friendly. Jj's restaurant was superb. Hot tub was fantastic

There were no instructions for hot tub left for us.

Stayed at the Haven Lodge in October whilst on a short break with my sister. The lodge was exceptional - very clean, nicely decorated, had all modern facilities, and the hot tub was a lovely bonus. Would highly recommend.
